RULE CHANGE ALERT
The IAAF Council at their recent meeting on March 10/11 has ruled that the time for an athlete to commence a trial in a field event has been changed from 30 seconds back to 60 seconds, effective immediately.
This applies to all field events. Great news for our field event athletes.
